# Voice

A voice is how an influencer sounds. Each influencer has exactly one.

## Choose a voice [#choose-a-voice]

- **Preset voice:** a voice Layo designs and keeps for anyone to choose. Many influencers can share one.
- **Recorded voice:** a voice made from a recording you make or upload.
- **Designed voice:** a voice made for one influencer from a description in words.

Choosing or making a voice is free.

## Lines [#lines]

A line is words your influencer says in their voice, made from text. Each line is one generation, so it costs credits.
